A few weeks ago for an easy Friday night we had a beer and baked potato night!! It was a fun twist on the traditional pizza and beer.
For a great baked potato rub potato with small amount of olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place baked potato directly on the racks in the oven evenly spaced. The heat will distribute around the entire potato for the perfect baked potato!!!
Great toppings and a few dips as appetizers
Suggested Toppings:
Bacon
cheese
caramelized onions
butter
sour cream
corn salsa / salsa
hot sauce
Pomegranate Limeade Fizz
2- Izze Pomegranate
1- gallon Simply Limeade
1- Sparkling Lemon Water
3- green apples sliced
optional:
1 shot of Citron vodka to 8 oz. glass
Limes to garnish
This was a great, fun drink for the kids, but the adults that did not want beer LOVED this drink with the citron vodka!!
